Bajo el t\u00edtulo <strong>\u00abEntroido M\u00e1xico\u00bb<\/strong>, la escuela invita a alumnos y entusiastas de las artes marciales a participar en una jornada dedicada al perfeccionamiento t\u00e9cnico y el equilibrio energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un programa centrado en la esencia del movimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5f31a634a8d006f90c698eafad096e13 wp-block-paragraph\">El taller, que se desarrollar\u00e1 de 11:00 a 14:00 horas, propone un recorrido t\u00e9cnico que va desde la preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica hasta la comprensi\u00f3n profunda de las \u00abcuatro puertas\u00bb o energ\u00edas del Tai Chi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-96e338ed3c853d5b5597e8cb9b2958e8\">\n<li><strong>Apertura y comienzo (11:00h):<\/strong> La ma\u00f1ana comenzar\u00e1 con una sesi\u00f3n de <strong>Chi Kung y Tai Chi Tsaos<\/strong>, herramientas esenciales para desbloquear las articulaciones y preparar la respiraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El poder del Taichi (12:00h):<\/strong> Se profundizar\u00e1 en las energ\u00edas de <strong>Peng<\/strong> y <strong>L\u00fc<\/strong>,los 2 opuestos que se complementan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La funci\u00f3n (13:00h):<\/strong> El cierre del taller estar\u00e1 dedicado a <strong>Ji<\/strong> y <strong>An<\/strong>, completando as\u00ed el ciclo de las 4 energ\u00edas b\u00e1sicas que rigen el Tai Chi Chuan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inscripciones y contacto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e5180ce2c5cfc1df501f6f854563a5a6 wp-block-paragraph\">Dada la naturaleza t\u00e9cnica del taller, las plazas son limitadas para asegurar una atenci\u00f3n personalizada por parte del instructor.
