En el ajetreado ritmo de la vida moderna, el estr\u00e9s y las tensiones pueden obstruir el flujo de energ\u00eda, generando desequilibrios que afectan nuestra salud f\u00edsica y mental.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0dd4842b72d7ab6c3dcf8d306eeaf900 wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>Chi Kung<\/strong> nos ense\u00f1a a cultivar y dirigir el <em>chi<\/em> a trav\u00e9s de los meridianos, los canales energ\u00e9ticos del cuerpo. Al practicar los movimientos suaves y fluidos del <strong>Chi Kung<\/strong>, desbloqueamos los bloqueos energ\u00e9ticos y fomentamos un estado de bienestar profundo.
